Before my husband and I got married I was a personal trainer. I was just starting my career and trying to learn as much as I could so I could help my clients, and friends adopt a healthy lifestyle. Through my years of training I have learned one VERY important thing about people:
EVERY one is different.
Every single person I have trained or am training now is completely different. No one responds the same way to exercise. For some, it may take 6 months to see results while others might see it in as little as 4 weeks. Everyone is at a different level, and that is completely ok. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, I want to help you reach the next level.
I am extremely competetive, so I can push myself without needing someone there with me. Most people are not like that, or they have no clue where to start. How many squats do I do? How do I do a squat properly? Should I run on the treadmill, is it ok to work my abs after I had my baby, and what should I eat? These are all questions that I hear on a regular basis from my clients.
Training in a gym, or at home, doesn’t have to be intimidating. With the right help you can reach your goals and get the body you want. My goal is to help each and every one of my clients achieve a healthy lifestyle and learn how to do exercises properly and effectively on their own. You shouldn’t give up just because you don’t know where to start.
I took a break from training for a little while, but I am back at it and ready to help you achieve your goals. Below are my prices if you live locally and would like to train with me in person. Personal training prices:
$20/hour per client (up to three clients)
$10/30 min. (up to three clients)
1: $100- 4 hour long sessions in a month
2: $200- 8 hour long sessions in a month
3: $300- 12 hour long sessions in a month
4: $400- 16 hour long sessions in a month
1: $160- 4 hour long sessions in a month
2: $320- 8 hour long sessions in a month
3: $480- 12 hour long sessions in a month
Clients can pay up front, monthly, or bi-weekly. All sessions can be adjusted to fit 30 minute sessions in and the prices will be adjusted accordingly. These packages include help with nutrtion, meal plans, grocery lists, and exercise programs prepared specifically for you to reach your goals. My job as a personal trainer is not to give you a list of exercises to go through, but to help you develop an understanding of those exercises so you are equipped with the knowledge you need to succed on your own. Living a healthy lifestyle is so important, and I am passionate about helping others enjoy living one as much as I do.
