You will need:
1 c plain Greek yogurt
1 tbs honey
1/4 c pomegranate seeds
1/4 c rolled oats
In a small bowl, mix the honey and the yogurt until the desired sweetness is reached. The pomegranate will add extra sweetness as well, so don’t add to much honey.
Using a small yogurt or ball jar, layer the yogurt with oats and pomegranate until you have used all the ingredients. Serve immediately. You could add some almond milk and raspberries to this and create a smoothie as well. Snacks don’t have to take a lot of time or look impressive, but they should provide your body with nutrients and keep you full between meals. Mix it up, have fun with your food, and eat well.
